Both are dedicated towards furthering the potential of the home, and endeavouring to raise the standards yet further in order to become acknowledged as being the best EMI care home in Eastbourne.

Ash Sharma – Also proprietor of an EMI care home in Oxfordshire and a residential care home in Seaford, Ash is a Chartered Accountant who has been involved with high profile public projects and business accounting practices.

Sunjay Rai – Also proprietor of a residential care home in Seaford, Sunjay is an entrepreneur who has been involved within the care field since 2003. Sunjay also has extensive experience of working with governmental departments and new business start-ups.

Founded in 2008, Rivendale Care Group Limited aims to provide quality of care whilst also providing homely, welcoming care environments – ‘homes away from home’.
