Rivendale Lodge take a very proactive approach towards the training of all our staff. Focussed on providing care for the sufferers of Alzheimer’s disease and dementia, all staff receive specialist training in these fields in addition to falls prevention, protection of vulnerable adults, first aid and all other mandatory training requirements.

Further, we also have an in-house trainer and an excellent relationship with the local YMCA NVQ assessment team. We have sponsored and continue to sponsor a number of staff through their Care NVQs and believe strongly in personal development. #
