Over the last year we have worked very closely with the commission to further develop and improve the care, systems and facilities that the home has to offer. We have a very good working relationship with our inspectors and they have helped us keep abreast of new legislative changes, policies and guidance that have come into force in the last twelve months.

Dear Rivendale Team,

I want to thank you sincerely for the care you have provided Ena in her last years of life, and right to the end.

She was able to have such attentive and caring support by your wonderful team and was able to die peacefully there in her home where she felt safe and cared for.

The work you do is often un- sung but I think your care of the residents who stay with you is so important and should be more applauded.

The medical staff tell me you stand out among Care Homes, which doesn't surprise me because you know each one of your residents so well. That takes a special kind of attentiveness, skills and dedication.

I am so grateful that my Mum was cared by you in this way.
