Thank you for taking such good care of my mum (Joyce).

She may not have always been easy or appeared happy but I always knew she was very well cared for and most of the time was content. Knowing she was so well looked after gave me the chance to spend more time with my husband and daughters which has been much appreciated.

Mum seems okay at [Another Home]... but it's different from Rivendale.

We'll miss you!

My son and I paid a visit to your home on Friday late. To see John Davidson, my brother in low. I haven't seen John for some years and I was a little apprehensive as to how I should find him. I needn't have worried, he is clearly in very good hands. It is, of course, sad to see that he no longer recognised me or Joel. I wish to thank you all for the good attention he is getting in your care. It was good to talk to one or two of his carers and to get some feedback on his condition. On behalf of myself and my son Joel I would like you to know that we are very grateful for care you are taking of John.
