Rivendale Lodge has a very good reputation with local social services, both over the Sussex region as a whole and with areas as far a-field as Kent & Medway. The home is also an East Sussex County Council preferred care provider.

Part of our reputation has come from actively working with the local authorities and always keeping them informed. Further, we believe in working in partnership with the local authority care teams, and place a keen emphasis on client welfare - we will go out of our way to help. This can take the form of offering short notice, respite care or pre-assessment of need.

We will always visit a client before admission, irrespective of distance and work closely with their social worker or representative to develop the best care package.
