Rivendale Lodge has striven very hard to establish a professional team of staff who are dedicated to the overall care and well being of each and every resident.

Our training is second to none – we endeavour to improve the care service that we offer by good practice and participation.

Whenever visiting the home, our senior care staff can be sought out at any time should you require any information about your relative. We also operate a Key Worker system, in order to provide a more focussed care package, and as part of the ongoing care process we recommend meetings to provide a basis for familiarity, and to discuss any questions that you may have.

Our Senior Staff are:

Jovito Cal-Ortiz – NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
Alfred Zapatos – NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
Anna Zukowska – NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care & NVQ in Management
Dennis Pantua – NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care

The work you do is often un- sung but I think your care of the residents who stay with you is so important and should be more applauded.

The medical staff tell me you stand out among Care Homes, which doesn't surprise me because you know each one of your residents so well. That takes a special kind of attentiveness, skills and dedication.

I am so grateful that my Mum was cared by you in this way.
