Careers in Care Rivendale Lodge is always looking for the right person to further develop our staff team. We are looking for busy, pro-active people who can help contribute towards the care and well-being of our residents. Recipient of the 2006 YMCA Super Employer award, Rivendale Lodge has a dedication to staff training & development that is second to none. In 2007, two of our staff also won awards for individual merit for effort and excellent in training. We offer a competitive rate of pay, regular supervision and career opportunities. All employment positions are subject to two successful references, a POVA and CRB check and meeting our rigorous training requirements. The first three months of employment are counted as a probationary period, with position to be confirmed at the period end.
